There is a certain form of closeness, intimacy, and vulnerability that comes from being a part of a group. Yet, there is also a noticeable sense of familiarity, belonging, and freedom that arises when working as a part of a group. Group sessions are beneficial because they help you feel supported, stronger, and more self-confident and self-aware.
PROCESS PAINTING
Process painting is, making the experience of painting more important than the outcome. The goal of process painting is the creative act itself, without the concern for talent, skill or accomplishment.
No prior art experience is necessary.
The best part is, everyone starts from the beginner’s mind, so no pressure or judgement, and its more relaxed and open for people to express the art.
The session will involve…
- A group of minimum 4, max 8 people.
- we will Begin with guided mindfulness to get into a creative and relaxed mind-body space.
- next step => painting and expressing self into painting
- Finally, coming back to the group space and sharing about the art journey, where the facilitator (myself) guides the group with the right questions and statements to help process the art and understand the message behind it.
Participants will also be given an understanding on what message and meaning each color in their painting is trying to convey to them.
All materials will be provided by the facilitator (myself).
Fee: includes the material cost
Duration: 2 hours max.
Materials: will be provided and will be included in the fee.
this includes: paints, palettes, paintbrushes, canvas, easel, and container for water.

Chakra Meditation
- Chakra Meditation” is a very powerful meditation practiced and known to seers for over 5000 years. This practice basically involves 3 important components: awareness, visualization, and sound vibration.
There are seven chakras that are believed to run from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Each is associated with a color and corresponds to different aspects of our body and mind.
- As each of the chakra energy comes alive, we clear and heal our issues that are reflected in each chakra. And so we can find ourselves in a wonderful alignment, integration and flow with our true nature.
Why meditate on Chakras?
The goal of chakra meditation is to balance and align the chakras, which is said to promote overall health and well-being.
